The participants are 30 young Indonesian museum professionals from 19 public and private museums.
The trainers are 3 from the Netherlands and 3 from Indonesia.
Supported by the Netherlands Embassy of Jakarta, the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands, and Reinwardt Academie. Heritage hands-on acted as the co-coordinator.
This training is one of the series of trainings that have been jointly organized by Indonesia and the Netherlands since 2018.
The direct result of the training is a measurable model business canvas for each museum.
The indirect results are priceless friendships, inspirations, knowledge and experience exchanges.
Strategic Museum Management Training (II) Jakarta, 16-20 October 2023
Organized by the Provincial Government of the Special Region of Jakarta.

The participants are 30 staff from various institutions related to the museum and cultural heritage of Jakarta. Most are government officers, and some are from private galleries and museums.
The trainers are 3 from the Netherlands complemented by directors and managers of 4 museum venues.
Supported by the Netherlands Embassy of Jakarta, the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands, and Reinwardt Academie. Heritage hands-on acted as the co-coordinator.
This training is the first cooperation between the Netherlands and the Provincial Government of the Special Region of Jakarta.
The content of the training is similar to the first training last week. The differences are the dynamics and the results.
One thing stays the same though, two ways interaction and learning process for both sides ensure that this kind of collaboration is always useful.
